www.truspicefoods.com and/or TruSpice Pickles and Foods is to provide you with premium packaging within the specified deadline to prevent unwanted cancellation. We will strive to address your requirements as strictly as possible. In case you have a specific requirement, please mention it in the comments column when checking out. We request you to inform us before you place an order in case you are allergic to a certain food product or ingredient so that we can avoid unnecessary returns and refunds.
We ship every order in association with only established courier companies. We ensure having your order delivered to you in optimum condition in a short time by shipping through companies servicing the closest geographical area. Our shipping procedures run throughout the working hours of the week. However, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
(Note: We excluded these days to avoid delay in shipment.)
Please understand that the time for delivery relies on several elements, such as customs clearance, unpredicted events, traffic conditions, weather and other unforeseen or special events. But TruSpice Pickles and Foods strives to finish deliveries as quickly and smoothly as possible. We keep our customers updated in the event of any alterations. We are not liable for any delay caused by the courier companies in delivering the shipment to our customer and if the customer is not available at the location in time of delivery. In such situations, we will not be responsible for a product return.
When the Company ships within India, we will deliver in the date and time slot specified by our customer. When the delivery is made, someone should be able to collect the shipment from the specified address.
When shipping in the USA, we will process the order on behalf of a friend or relative of yours living in India. www.truspicefoods.com and/or TruSpice Pickles and Foods will not ship the products directly. This necessitates a local identification and address that supports the mentioned address for US shipping. We will accept the local identification and address details within 24 hours of the order placed. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF THE LOCAL IDENTIFICATION AND ADDRESS DETAILS ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME. Read “Cancellation” for more information related to the cancellation and refund of orders.
www.truspicefoods.com and/or TruSpice Pickles and Foods will not be responsible for return or refund if: a) the food products do not reach you due to unforeseen events or natural calamities b) if the shipment is held by custom or government agencies.
In case you want to process a cancellation request from your end, you can initiate the process by contacting our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you initiate a cancellation request of your order before we have shipped your food items, we will deduct a 3% TDR (Transaction Discount Rate) before refunding you the amount. If we receive a cancellation request from your end upon the shipping of the products, we will unfortunately not be able to address any cancellation requests. This is considering that each of our food items is created as a speciality food product and in the event of transit damage or loss of shelf life, the food will be inappropriate for resale or reuse; so we cannot address any cancellation request or return of shipments.
However, if we receive a valid cancellation request from your end, we will process a refund in the same way we received the payment within 15 working days according to the date of the cancellation ordered received.
If the Company suspects the involvement of fraudulent transaction by any customer or identifies a form of transaction that violates the terms & conditions of using the Website, we have the right to cancel the order. Additionally, we will also include them in a list of fraudulent and negative transactions and the specified customers would be denied access to orders or cancelled at any time after the order has been placed.
