    These yoghurt soaked chillies are inseparable from the menu of South Indian Cuisine mainly because of their spicy taste.  It is called as mor milagai in Tamil and Oora Mirapakayalu in Telugu.  The selected green chilies are washed, dried and then slit to be soaked in curd and salt for 24 hours.
