Fry the sun dried chilies in oil and keep them aside.  Now, add one handful of chopped garlic, onions and tomatoes into a pan and sauté well till the raw smell goes away.  The next step is to add your regular sambar powder or red chili powder and little garam masala powder from Sitara along with fried oora mirapakayalu and salt.  Switch off the flame once the oil gets separated to the sides of the pan.  Add this gravy to some plain steamed rice and mix well to get a perfect pickling experience with green chilies.  You are sure to lick your plates till the end!
